Welcome to South Shore Sealcoating. We are a small company that specializes in small asphalt patching, crack filling and sealcoating of residential driveways and small commercial parking lots.
ABOUT US
This company was started in 2023 with the mindset to professionally help people protect and repair their driveways. Josh, the owner/operator of the company has over 10 years of experience with asphalt driveway installations and repairs. Our plan is to help you save your money as well as save your driveway.
ASPHALT SEALCOATING
We clean the asphalt off of any debris, edge the perimeter of the driveway to trim back any grass, vegetation or dirt. After the driveway is cleaned then we coat the driveway with a commercial grade coal tar sealer. The sealer will need to cure for 24 hours before driven on by vehicle traffic.
CRACK FILLING
If there are any surface cracks on the driveway, we will do our best to repair them. Our most common method is hot rubber crack filler. First we go through and clean out any dirt, roots grass or debris, and then we apply the hot rubber and spread a thin layer of silica sand over the rubber to prevent tracking it with vehicle tires in hot weather.
SMALL ASPHALT PATCHING (COMING SOON)
